Honolulu Festival 2012

Honolulu Festival 2012 was held on March 2 to March 4.
I went there on the first day and the last day.

It's been kind of bad weather, so I couldn't take pretty picture.

That's why I decided to post some pictures that I saw in Hawaii Convention Center.

This was really big Hawaiian Quilt.
There were many beautiful Hawaiian Quilt display.

Also, there were some Japanese and Hawaiian mix Quilt. It was very interesting.

This is my favorite flower arrangement.
I wish to have this bouquet for my wedding someday... with someone...hahaha

I love this color and combination of flowers.

When I saw this one, I was like this is so huge!!

Do you know what this is?

This is a Nagaoka fireworks ball.

This is hand made, and it is very dangerous job to do.

This is sponge for dish. I make some of those but not like this cat pow. I only know how to make Rose and Some flower. This sponge is very Eco-friendly because you don't really need dish soap.

This little girl was playing Japanese traditional toy called "Kendama".

I used to have two when I was small.
I can do some tricks.
I wanted to show it off, but I didn't.

It was only for Keiki (kids).
Too bad....
OH yeah!
This is really Hawaiian!!

Our favorite food...Spam musubi!!!!!!

Wait a minutes!
This is not real food.

This is a candle.

Do Not Eat!

I really have fun at Convention Center. There were so many different things to see.

It was very good event that people can share their own culture and craft.
